BETTER REPUTATION
Great time management is the lynchpin of your reputation at work. Managers and co-workers see those who manage their time well as consistent and dependable. Few co-workers will question whether you are going to show up on time or finish projects and managers may see you as someone who takes his job seriously and has the company's best interest in mind.

Combining the two words TIME and MANAGEMENT together it’s simply means,
Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity.
It is a meta-activity with the goal to maximize the overall benefit of a set of other activities within the boundary condition of a limited amount of time.
Time management may be aided by a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects, and goals complying with a due date. Initially, time management referred to just business or work activities, but eventually the term broadened to include personal activities as well. A time management system is a designed combination of processes, tools, techniques, and methods. Time management is usually a necessity in any project development as it determines the project completion time and scope.
With reference to the above stated points on time managements the word is key factor to success as an individual, family or an organization.
Meanwhile along the part of individual life we have to be time conscious in all our dealing. Making student as a case study in all level of study we have to be mindful of time, especially the new intake into university we must learn how to manage time for the curricular activities and academics.
Performing arts students often ask the question. How can we cope with lectures, rehearsals and reading? The simple answer is time managements.
However everybody in life should know how to manage time in all their dealings. The following are effects of time managements in your various places of works

Bad time management leads to low productivity and high stress, neither of which is good for the company, much less its employees. Better use of time can lead to happier employees and a bustling work environment.

Give Proper Care To Their Children And The Most Of Annoying Part Is That Woman Education Ends In The Kitchen?
Moreover Some Married Women And Spinster Who Spoke With Me This Said They Can Never Allow Their Husband To Impose Such On Them Because Men Are Not Trustworthy And Aside That They Need To Have Little Asset That Will Bear Their Name, Such Women Also Site Several Instances That They Just Have To Work To Support Their Husband In Paying Family Bills, While Some Also Said What If Their Husband Die Prematurely And She Cannot Boast Of Any Savings Or Alternative To Run The Family And Most Especially In The Kind Of Environment We Are In Africa That Relative Of Her Husband Might Come And Send Her Parking With The Children.
Base on statistical fact Our Current Nigeria Societies That in Most Households the Cost of Maintaining and Operating a Home Require That Both Spouse Work. It Does Not Take Much Arithmetic To Determine That The Cost Of New Homes, Car, Food, Private School And Clothing Are Beyond The Income Ability Of Average One Income Family. So Logically The Two Incomes Of Both Husband And Wife Are Needed To Maintain The Average Nigeria Family Standard.
Meanwhile Let Us View The Syndrome Of A Fulltime Housewife From A Religious Angle. In Reality And Islam The Right And Responsibilities Of A Woman Are Equal To That Of Man. But They Are Not Necessary Identical With Them. Equality And Sameness Are Two Different Things, Muslim Women Are Not Forbidden From Going Out To Work, If There Is No Objection From Their Husband And The Woman Will Always Work Within The Confines Of Shariah Value. From The Christian Perspective Women Are Also Not Ban from Working Outside Home but There Are Certain Biblical Priorities Few of Them Are the Following;
Husband’s Approval Many Working Wives Are Able to Gain Approval from Their Husband by Pressuring Them. Although Some Husband Don’t Actually Agree With Their Wives Working They Relent Under So Much Pressure This Is Not The Ideal Way Pressure Approval Will Eventually Undermine The Marriage Relationship. The Role of Mother and Teacher of Her Children Is Incontestable, the Father Usually Provides the Policy Decisions, But It’s The Wife Who Establishes Discipline and Direction on a Day to Day Basis.

Women Has Been The Torchbearer For Centuries, She Is Responsible For Duty Of Birth, In Most Cases She Is The Epitome And Embodiment Of Morality For Families. Women Is Also Responsible For The Image Of Our Society, Its Woman Who Is Considered The Guardian Of Respect And Honors Of A Family, Moreover God Has Already Emancipated Woman For No Responsibility Can Be Greater Than That Of Birth. Women Are Our Mother, Wife, Sister and Daughter These Are Numerous Roles That Women Elegantly Fit, And Has Been Carrying out from Time Immemorial .But The Question Is Why are Women Rubbished, Ridiculed, Enslaved and Still Living in Bondage!! !.
The Focus Of This Article Is Women Enslavement In This Modern Day Woman Are Being Enslaved, Abused, Molested In Various Ways Mostly By Men Either Physically, Emotionally And Psychologically.
However Women All Over The World Should Not Be Subject To Any Form Of Slavery Because There Is Equality Of Fundamental Human Right, Examples Of Such Right Are Right To Life, Right To Speech And The Peak Of It, Is Right To Education. Gender Inequality In Education Is Extreme; Girls Are Likely To Access School, To Remain In School Or To Achieve In Education. Education Helps Men And Women Claim Their Right And Realize Their Potentials In The Economic, Political And Social Arenas. It Is Also The Single Most Powerful Way To Lift People Of Poverty. Education Play Particularly Important Roles as a Foundation Girls’ Development towards Adult Life. Everybody Has Right To Education Which Has Been Recognized Since By The Universal Declaration Of Human Right {Udhr} In 1948.
In A Similar Vein Some Married Women After Experiencing The Rigor Of Education And Badge A Degree Or Higher Qualification In Any Field Of Study Will Be Restrained By Their Husband Not To Practice Or Work But To Stay At Home As Full Time House Wife, Oh ! No! I Personally See The Act As Uncivilized, Outdated, Obsolete, Redundant, Retrogressive, Such Men That Believe In This School Of Thought Are Self Centered. After A Cross Section Of Interview On Men, Why Would They Make Their Wife A Full Time House Wife Majority Of Them Said The Wife Will Not Be Submissive To Them And Will Not
